Pacific Southwest Takes Victory Over Arkansas

Pacific Southwest took home a 10-5 victory over Arkansas on Sunday.

Pacific Southwest got things started in the first inning when Deagan Kawahakui singled on a 2-1 count, scoring one run.

Cohen Adaro was on the mound for Pacific Southwest. The fireballer allowed three hits and three runs over two innings, striking out three.

Carson Dozier was on the pitcher's mound for Arkansas. The pitcher surrendered six runs on eight hits over two innings, striking out two and walking zero. Gunner Frazier and Hagen Glenn were relieved, throwing two innings and one inning, respectively.

Pacific Southwest collected 13 hits on the day. Jonah Brub, Kawahakui, and John Miyamoto all collected multiple hits for Pacific Southwest. Brub went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Pacific Southwest in hits.

Jaxon Riggs led Arkansas with two hits in four at-bats. Austin Hastings led Arkansas with two stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with six stolen bases.
